Return & Exchange Policy

At Moderna Fashion, we want you to love what you order. Is something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange. We will gladly accept EXCHANGE within 30 days of your order purchase date for all non final sale items. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

. Free of perfume, makeup, or any damage.

. In original packaging with all tags attached.

. All returned items are subject to review and inspect. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges
. Timeframe: Items must be brought back or shipped within 14 to 30 days of purchase or delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, ship the item back to us

--return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Final sale items, intimates, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

Bridal & Custom Orders: All bridal and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
